Why are items “Made-on-Demand”?

The made on demand model allows us to only make what sales. It also gives you the opportunity to request minor changes to the garment upon ordering.

What’s the difference between “Made-on-Demand” and “Pre-Order” items?

Our made-on-demand items are produced as they are ordered and will ship 3 - 4 weeks after purchase. Pre-order Items have a specific ship date that will be indicated on the listing. We collect 100% of funds upon checkout for both made-on-demand and pre-order items.

What size should I buy?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JBC, Diners Club, Elo,Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google pay, PayPal, and Klarna.

Can I cancel my order?

We would love to accommodate any changes you may have if your order has not been processed. If your order is in the production process you will be unable to make changes.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time our made-on-demand, pre-order, and swimwear items are final sale.

If there is an issue with your order please email info@bohnjsell.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s). If we are found to be at fault we will be pay for the return postage. After receiving item(s) we will determine if a store credit or item replacement will be issued. If there are signs of wear or damage that is not fault of Bohn Jsell the exchange or return request will be denied.

Please contact us before attempting a return. If package is returned without approval the request will automatically be denied.

What is the shipping policy?

Made-on-demand items will ship in 3 - 4 weeks after purchase. Please allow an additional 5 - 7 days for delivery.

Pre-order items will have an expected shipping/fulfillment date listed on product page. Please allow an additional 5 - 7 days after that date for delivery.

Ready to Ship items are processed within 1-2 days. Please allow an additional 5 - 7 days after that date for delivery.

US Shipping Rates

All US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and should be received within 7 -10 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the United States, the billing and shipping address must be the same. Shipping will be provided via UPS or Global Express Mail through the United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 10 - 15 business days for delivery. Any delays at customs once the parcel has reached the destination country are not under our control.

As an international customer you are solely responsible for custom duties or taxes assessed by your local government or postal services.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
