Why are items “Made-on-Demand”?

The made on demand model allows us to only make what sales. It also gives you the opportunity to request minor changes to the garment upon ordering.

What’s the difference between “Made-on-Demand” and “Pre-Order” items?

Our made-on-demand items are produced as they are ordered and will ship 3 - 4 weeks after purchase. Pre-order Items have a specific ship date that will be indicated on the listing. We collect 100% of funds upon checkout for both made-on-demand and pre-order items.

How do I change my order?

We would love to accommodate any changes you may have if your order has not been processed. If your order is in the production process you will be unable to make changes because all items are made-on-demand.

How can I track my package?

Once your package is ready for shipping you will receive an email with tracking information.

What payment methods are accepted?
