If there is an issue with your order please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s). If we are found to be at fault we will be pay for the return postage. After receiving item(s) we will determine if a store credit or item replacement will be issued. If there are signs of wear or damage that is not fault of Bohn Jsell the exchange or return request will be denied.
